Viennese old building gem in new splendor
The renovation of this enchanting apartment on Wallrissstrasse in Vienna's 18th district was a real pleasure for the architects. The three-storey residential building, located between the charming districts of Gersthof and Pötzleinsdorf, is a real Viennese treasure of an old building. The vision was to preserve the character and elegance of the old building and to emphasize it with careful renovation work and tasteful interior design. The apartment on the second floor offers an idyllic view of the surrounding villa area with lots of greenery and is characterized by high rooms, original herringbone parquet flooring, stucco decorations and double doors.
